Cancellation Policy

You may cancel automated renewal of any Nirvana Systems subscription by using our online account page or by contacting us via e-mail (support @ nirvsys.com), telephone (1.800.880.0338) or live chat. Please have your Nirvana Customer Number available when you contact us. When you cancel your subscription, you are deactivating future automated renewals of the account and any access to data and resources beyond the cancellation date. If you cancel during your subscription (after 1 or more renewals), then you will continue to have access to most Nirvana products until your pre-paid period has ended, and then your account will shut off automatically instead of renewing.

If you do not cancel automatic renewal of your membership prior to your renewal date we will charge your subscription costs to the credit card we have on file for you for that renewal period.

Subscriptions are contract free, cancel any time. All subscription fees are non-refundable.
